DSK the good, the bad and the ugly

Many people in the street have already their opinion on the DSK case. There is nothing new under the sun.

Bernard Henri-Levy,  philosopher, outraged at the portrayal of Strauss-Kahn as an “insatiable and malevolent beast, wrote

"It would be nice to know — and without delay — how a chambermaid could have walked in alone, contrary to the habitual practice of most of New York’s grand hotels of sending a ‘cleaning brigade’ of two people."

I remember that the name "philosophy" derives from the Greek for "love of wisdom".

I wonder where is the mistake,  who is the bad,  who is the ugly and who the good,  or maybe the GOD ?
